Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Overview:
As a Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will take ownership of end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation and support projects. You will manage client relationships, define project scope, lead a team of consultants, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. This senior role requires extensive NetSuite expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ability to align business goals with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle NetSuite implementation and support projects from inception to completion.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and develop detailed solution designs.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide expertise in key NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, O2C, and P2P.
• Ensure adherence to NetSuite best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customizations, data migrations, and integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants, fostering their professional development.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
• Stay updated on the latest NetSuite functionalities and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (Preferrably, B.Tech, CA, BBA/MBA, etc)
• 6/7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and customization tools (SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, etc.).
• Proven experience managing ERP projects.
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, etc.) are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective system configurations.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Dell Boomi, Zoho) is a plus.
