Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a fresher in this role, you will be trained in sales strategies and business development techniques and will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts to increase our customer base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
-Market Research & Lead Generation: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, researching market trends, and generating leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media).
-Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
-Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects and customer interactions using CRM tools.
-Closing Sales: Assist in the closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and help in improving products/services.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields (Freshers are welcome).
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to offer solutions to client's needs.
-Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new business processes and technologies.
-Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
-Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
-Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
