You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in the education sector. Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned zone to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify key market opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them. Team Management : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they possess the necessary product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor their performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
