Job Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Creative to join our team. Responsibilities :

Create Marketing Strategies : Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms that align with our goals.

Campaign Management : Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials for digital, social media, and other campaigns.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and meet our objectives.

Stay Current : Keep up with new trends and technologies in marketing to keep our campaigns fresh and exciting.

Maintain Quality : Ensure all creative materials meet Nutraj's brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience : 3+ years in a creative role, with at least 2 years in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Skills : Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Digital Marketing : Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, and website content.

Organization : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication : Strong communication and teamwork skills.
