UI / UX Developer

• As a UI/UX Developer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across our web and mobile platforms
• You'll collaborate closely with our product manager and developers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless digital experiences
• The ideal candidate is passionate about UX/UI design, stays updated on the latest design trends and best practices, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React or Angular
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role
• Must be familiar with pixel-perfect adjustment
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction is a plus
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Create responsive HTML using HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap/SCSS technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
• Translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using front end technology
• Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks, and research new technologies trends and hacks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
