Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executives to lead our sales in the infrastructure and road development sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on construction materials such as bitumen, steel, and cement. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of supply chain financing, including invoice discounting, sales bill discounting, factoring, and other related concepts.
Role & responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from existing and new clients in the infrastructure and road development sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise and corporate clients.
3. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the infrastructure and road development sector, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide input on product development and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
7. Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.
8. Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain financing needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders to facilitate supply chain financing solutions.
10.Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective marketing campaigns.
11. Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing our tailored solutions.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
13. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy decisions.
14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Role: Sales Executive (B2B)
Preferred candidate profile
1. MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience working with large enterprise and corporate clients.
3. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
4. Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CSP, CSM).
5. Experience in supply chain financing or a related field.
6. Candidate should be ready to visit the clients and travel for all necessary work as and when needed
7. 3-8 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing or related field (Supply Chain Finance).
8. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative marketing initiatives.
9. Strong understanding of corporate sales principles and practices; ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
10.Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex ideas simply and persuasively.
