About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled AI Developer to revolutionize the healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development:

• Research, design, and implement cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning
models for applications across diagnostics, patient care, clinical decision support, and

• Create algorithms for analyzing diverse medical data, including imaging (e.g., CT scans,
X-rays), EHR data, real-time monitoring data, wearable sensors, and genomics.

• Leverage innovative AI methodologies, such as reinforcement learning and federated
learning, to solve complex healthcare problems.

Data Integration and Preprocessing:

• Build robust data preprocessing pipelines to handle large-scale, structured, and unstructured
healthcare data from various sources, such as medical imaging, clinical text, wearable
device outputs, and IoT healthcare devices.

• Ensure interoperability between data standards like HL7, FHIR, and DICOM to enable
seamless integration with healthcare systems.

Healthcare Applications:

• Design AI-powered tools and applications tailored for healthcare needs, such as:
• Diagnostic tools: Disease detection, risk prediction, and anomaly detection systems.
• Medical imaging analysis: Automated interpretation of radiology, pathology, and
  dermatology images.
• Personalized medicine: AI-based recommendations for treatment and drug discovery.
• Virtual assistants: Conversational agents for patient support, triaging, and mental
  health management.
• Operational tools: Workflow optimization, resource allocation, and hospital

Compliance and Ethics:

• Adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other regional
compliance frameworks, ensuring patient privacy and data security.

• Implement explainable AI (XAI) models to enhance transparency and build trust in AI
recommendations.

• Design solutions that address ethical considerations, such as fairness, bias mitigation, and
inclusivity.

Collaboration:

• Partner with healthcare professionals, clinicians, IT teams, and business stakeholders to
identify challenges, gather requirements, and implement solutions that address real-world
clinical problems.

• Actively contribute to multidisciplinary teams to bridge the gap between medical

Testing and Validation:

• Conduct extensive testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, robustness,

• Continuously monitor the performance of deployed AI models in healthcare

• Stay informed on the latest research, tools, and methodologies in AI and healthcare to

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Biomedical
Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for senior roles).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in
AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn).

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards and formats, including HL7, FHIR,
DICOM, and ICD coding.

• Strong experience in processing medical imaging data, clinical records, and unstructured
medical text using NLP techniques.

• Solid understanding of healthcare-specific compliance and ethical requirements for AI
systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with deploying healthcare applications on cloud platforms such as AWS,
Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience in wearable device integration and IoT healthcare systems.

• Background in genomics, computational biology, or bioinformatics.

• Demonstrated track record of deploying scalable AI-driven solutions in healthcare
settings.
