Senior Staff Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Engineer to lead and manage a team of verification engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in x86 or complex architecture, ULT development using UVM/SV, assembly programming, and parallel programming. As a technical expert, you will oversee cutting-edge simulation, emulation, and verification techniques while driving cost-effective solutions and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performance team of verification engineers.
• Oversee the development of test plans, estimates, and risk analysis for verification activities.
• Provide technical expertise in simulation, emulation, and verification, with a focus on new devices.
• Utilize innovative and cost-effective verification techniques to optimize the process.
• Collaborate on strategic planning to meet organizational goals and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure knowledge of processor architecture, including AMBA AXI, AHB, and APB protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with ULT development, UVM/SV, assembly programming, and parallel programming.
• Strong understanding of processor architecture and memory subsystems.
• Proficiency in Test Bench development, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Experience with simulation tools and techniques, such as Palladium or Zebu.
• Knowledge of FPGA prototyping is a plus.
• Familiarity with Automotive ISO 26262 Functional Safety Standard is a plus.
• Understanding of GPU/AI/ML processor architecture is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
