As Senior Director, People Success, you will drive cultural transformation, employee engagement, and operational excellence for our India-based team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee People Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, as well as engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of People Success and partnering with the India General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an exceptional employee experience.
What you will do:
Strategic Partner:
  • Shape People Success Strategy: Collaborate with global leadership to design and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Enable Talent Development: Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, develop programs for attracting and retaining top talent, and equip managers with tools for performance management and career growth.
  • Lead Organizational Design: Optimize structures and processes to support business objectives and enhance efficiency.
  • Leverage Business Acumen: Understand industry trends and business metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
Administrative Expert:
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure People Success operations in India are compliant, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
  • Oversee Total Rewards: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Change Agent:
  • Lead the People Success Team: Mentor and inspire the India-based HR team to achieve excellence and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Manage Change: Lead organizational change initiatives, including talent management programs and restructuring efforts.
  • Champion Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Communicate and Influence: Advocate for People Success initiatives with stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and impact across the organization. 
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced and visionary HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels at building strong, collaborative relationships.
Skills and Experience:
  • Leadership Expertise: At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams and multiple HR functions.
  • HR Strategy Experience: Proven track record of driving impactful HR strategies in global organizations.
  • Talent and Organizational Design: Demonstrated success in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • India-Specific Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR regulations and cultural nuances in India.
  • Business Savvy: Strong financial and business acumen to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Standout Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience leading organizational change and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Global mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of global HR best practices and regulatory changes.
