BPO Director

Location : Hinjewadi Phase 2 Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall international BPO operations.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, setting and achieving key performance
indicators (KPIs), and optimizing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all
regions.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their
needs, identify opportunities, and resolve issues proactively.

- Implement best practices and process improvements to drive cost-efficiency and service
delivery.

- Develop and manage budgets for the international BPO operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness
and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
managing Telecom Voice Processes in international settings.

- Strong understanding of the Telecom industry, including voice processes, technical support, and
customer service operations.

- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.

Education:

Must have Bachelors degree or above
