Job Title : Technology Transfer Officer/ Executive

Job Description: Managing Intellectual Property Assets/ licensing/revenue generation

Essential Requirements:

- The ability to understand complex technical concepts from different technology domains and prepare technology dossiers for communicating with relevant stakeholders.

- Ability to carry out a techno-commercial feasibility analysis, market opportunity scanning and landscaping, and arrive at a valuation of technologies

- Good knowledge and understanding of commercial/ legal aspects of Technology transfer/licensing.

- Ability to build a portfolio of licenses and monitor/ track the tech. transfer & licensing agreement schedules, royalty tracking in TTO.

- Ability to interact with a variety of different stakeholders and able to negotiate & close deals.

- Good in verbal/written communication, problem-solving and collaboration, building & sustaining relationships, and coordination skills.

Desirable requirements:

- Registered Patent Agent/Certified as a Registered Technology Transfer Professional.

- Quite aware of innovation, entrepreneurship, and enterprise ecosystem and developments therein.

Self-starter.

Qualification:

- An Engineering Masters degree /PhD, preferably with an MBA or experience in academic tech. transfer office.

Experience : 7-10 years of work experience in IPR/ technology transfer, patent licensing, or related research or commercial environment.
