Job Description:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence. The role involves meeting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential customers in the assigned territory
• Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales deals
• Demonstrate product benefits and assist customers in making informed decisions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for better execution

Requirements:

• Education: 10th/12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any field
• Experience: 0-7 years in sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome)
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city
• Basic knowledge of local markets and customer behavior
