Role & responsibilities :

1. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
2. Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
4. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive success.
6. Provide post-sale support to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Handle customer complaints promptly to build long-term trust.
