Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to the development of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.

Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions.
