Job description: VISIUAL COMMUNICATION DESIGNER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
• Demonstrates exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

Requirements

• Expertise in design softwares, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and 3D Softwares.
• Should be proficient in spatial graphics, visualisation and rendering techniques.
• Strong graphic design abilities, capable of producing eye catchy and effective designs.
• Creative understanding for branding design and varied applications like publication, environmental graphics, installations, signages and other storytelling mediums.
• Understanding of varied print media including soft and hard materials for indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Content understanding for storytelling projects in terms of research, copywriting and visual data collection.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Creative ability needed to translate our message into a visual format that matches our brand.
  

Responsibility:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other creative using the appropriate software.
• An understanding of Trends, Color Palettes and Typography
• Work with brand team to produce the final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Work with the instructional designer and subject matter experts to create engaging content
• Solid conceptual, visualization during all phases of creative development.
