Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns both offline & online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time.
Participate in creating a roadmap for campaigns with marketing, creative and content stakeholders.
Develop an understanding of target audience, and competitor products.
Manage graphic design timelines to ensure timely execution.
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organisation of graphic files.
Maintaining the brand's consistency across all the designs.
Requirements:
Relevant exposure in graphic designing.
Creative thinker, with a focus on storytelling.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Expertise in working with Design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Figma.
Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
