ZET - Software Development Engineer - Test II (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop project quality goals, test strategy, test plan, and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers, with a primary focus on automation to ensure efficient and continuous testing.

- Identify and implement the necessary automation testing and coverage metrics to ensure comprehensive and efficient validation.

- Design automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality, performance and scalability of the system.

- Design, implement, enhance, and maintain automated test cases for various product areas to ensure consistent and efficient testing.

- Build and mentor team members

- Analyse test results and work with the engineering team to resolve issues.

- Automate testing to ensure code coverage meets standards.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of testing and automation experience.

- Experience in leading the testing practice and writing exhaustive test plans, test cases and automating test cases & test result analysis.

- Experience in building framework and executing automated and performance tests for REST based services.

- Hands-on experience in mobile app testing.

- Experience with test automation tools Selenium and Appium or others.

- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions
