SDET - II

Responsibilities

• Design and develop project quality goals, test strategy, test plan, and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers, with a primary focus on automation to ensure efficient and continuous testing.
• Identify and implement the necessary automation testing and coverage metrics to ensure comprehensive and efficient validation.
• Design automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality, performance and scalability of the system.
• Design, implement, enhance, and maintain automated test cases for various product areas to ensure consistent and efficient testing.
• Build and mentor team members
• Analyse test results and work with the engineering team to resolve issues.
• Automate testing to ensure code coverage meets standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of testing and automation experience.
• Experience in leading the testing practice and writing exhaustive test plans, test cases and automating test cases & test result analysis.
• Experience in building framework and executing automated and performance tests for REST based services.
• Hands-on experience in mobile app testing.
• Experience with test automation tools Selenium and Appium or others.
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking.
• Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions
