Proven working experience in civil engineering in residential buildings.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil or similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, project control, regulatory approvals etc
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Design coordination with consultants and customers
BE in Civil Engineering with 3 to 4 yrs experience in real estate ( High raise apartments)
