System Analyst

Key Responsibilities Include:
Enhance the current external customer facing Java and Windows based C++
label printing solution
Assist in collecting user requirements, conduct feasibility study, system
design / analysis / capacity planning, testing, prepare system documentation,
and solution deployment
Actively collaborate with the software development team in US / EU to
support the infrastructure of the label printing solution
Provide ongoing system support and maintenance to the solution
May occasionally need to attend meetings with business / technical
stakeholders in the US, Europe or China beyond local working hours (by
phone or web conferencing).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM:
Technical ideas / suggestions / insights in IT software development,
enhancement or trouble-shooting
Drive excellent software quality and service performance

Experience:
University graduated in IT Discipline or equivalent
Minimum 4 years experience in programming or equivalent
Proficient in C++ (MVC), Java, and PostgreSQL
Familiar with Windows environment
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Attention to details, problem-solver with strong analytical skill, good sense of
urgency
Able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
