Business Analyst (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for Senior Business Analysts with 7-10 years' experience. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders/customers and the engineering team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business process analysis and documentation

2. Understanding integration requirements between information systems and business processes and mapping the requirements at the attribute level through an understanding of the underlying APIs

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that integration requirements are met

Qualifications :

- Education : Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.

Skills :

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira).

4. Experience with HCM and ERP systems, CRM systems, or other enterprise software and familiarity with related APIs is a plus.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
