Job Description :
The Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist will be responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules. The role will focus on ensuring the effective management of compensation plans, incentives, and rewards programs while aligning them with business goals and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Compensation modules and experience working closely with HR teams to design, develop, and deliver compensation solutions that drive employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle HCM Compensation module, ensuring that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to gather and analyze compensation requirements, translating them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, including merit-based compensation, bonuses, stock options, and other incentive programs in Oracle HCM.
- Provide guidance and expertise in the design of compensation cycles, defining eligibility, budgets, and performance-based reward processes.
- Ensure the successful integration of compensation data with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Performance Management.
- Support compensation reviews and cycles, ensuring timely and accurate data updates, validation, and reporting.
- Utilize Oracle HCM's analytics and reporting tools to create customized compensation reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making.
- Manage security and compliance requirements for compensation data, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Train and support HR teams and end-users on the use of Oracle HCM Compensation modules, providing user guides, workshops, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM Compensation configurations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of compensation processes.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation concepts, including merit pay, variable pay, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end compensation cycle, from planning to execution within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience working with Compensation Workbench, Total Compensation Statements, and related modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Performance Management, and their integration with Compensation.
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher for reporting and data analysis in compensation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure effective troubleshooting of system issues and data discrepancies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to drive successful compensation implementations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for user training, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
