HCM Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

End to End ATS/HRIS demonstration to a wide spectrum of enterprises both large and small.

Leverage in-depth Human Resource functional knowledge to deliver custom solutions to key decision-makers to help them address their business issues and needs.

Understanding the customers problem statement for demonstrating and advocating the best solution on our product.

Work independently and directly with clients to gather requirements.

Mediate all implementation discussions to maintain a smooth workflow and conduct necessary knowledge transfers.

Coordinates with delivery teams, handover the detailed functional requirement and oversee the delivery commitment to the client.

Build & maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Must Have Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation and Customer management roles / HR consulting roles.

Understanding of Technology systems especially HRMS system implementation

Human Resource functional expertise and comprehensive employee life-cycle process knowledge.

Solutions Consultants provide expert solutions, presentations, workshops and product demonstrations to the customer.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Proven experience of giving solo presentations / Product presentation is a must. (This will be Tested)

Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with leadership Teams/ Senior Executives and line of business representatives.

Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
