Job Description:

  • Handling & resolving customer complaints in a timely manner by coordinating with relevant internal & external stakeholders.
  • To ensure effective implementation of assigned project/tasks to maximize efficiency and increase the customer service level.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. Following internally on the pending issues till they are resolved.
  • To manage specific Customer Care issues and adopt alert management in case of important risks.
  • To handle day to day operations & correspondences with departments, clients, district In-charges and field team.
  • To plan, indent & manage spare parts/SIMs/ tools/ support equipment requirement in co- ordination with Stores Department. Provide feedbacks on fault ratio and analyze spares utilization.
  • In-house and field validation of new applications, software's and products. Submission of validation reports to the immediate respective team.
  • To generate revenue for the region through sale of spares /AMCs and to get actively involved in pre-sales/sales activities of the products.
  • Will be responsible for collection of Outstanding payments related to Customer Care Department.
  • To identify the training needs of the field team and train & update them to enhance the performance and customer satisfaction.
  • To conduct periodic meetings with field teams and review the performance area wise.
  • To ensure effective communication, knowledge sharing and collaboration between team members, departments, and end clients
  • To build, develop and maintain good relations with critical business accounts, customers and be one point of contact for all customer queries. To update the progress of the projects to the customers.
  • To continuously liaison with internal & external departments.
  • To provide innovative ideas and suggestions for process improvement and overall development.

Required skills & competencies


  • Strong oral and written Communication skills. (English & Hindi).
  • Good Interpersonal, Administrative, Leadership & Team Management Skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Competency to execute large government projects.
  • Experience in validating the new software and hardware.
