Job Title: Head of Bizzapp

Location: Bangalore, India

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Head of Bizzapp will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of our business applications (Bizzapp) to ensure they meet the companys needs and support its strategic objectives. This role will involve working closely with various departments to understand their requirements, overseeing the application development lifecycle, and ensuring the successful integration and optimization of our business apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the strategic vision for Bizzapp, aligning it with the company's overall business strategy.
• Leadership: Lead and manage the Bizzapp team, including developers, project managers, and support staff. Provide mentorship, set performance goals, and manage professional development.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of business applications. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the applications meet business needs.
• Technology Oversight: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Bizzapp remains competitive and effective. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and usage of business applications. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize performance.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for Bizzapp initiatives. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all business applications comply with relevant regulations and standards. Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and applications.
• User Support: Oversee the support and training for users of Bizzapp. Address any issues or concerns promptly and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of Bizzapp projects, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role managing business applications or similar technology platforms. Experience in project management and team leadership is essential.
