Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Search & Title /Commitment Typing (US Mortgage) at Visionet Systems Inc. located in COIMBATORE. The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting title searches, examining chain of title, analyzing deeds processes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Must have working experience in various title platforms including Netronline, DataTrace, Landex, Docxpop, Fidlar, Soft pro, Title point, Data Tree, etc...
• Must have experience in Nationwide Search (or) Minimum 5 States is plus..
• Familiarity in match the Title Chain, understanding Deeds, identify FVD.
• Experience with analyzing Chain of Title and understanding Deeds.
• Only in Work From Office
