Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Priority Relationship Manager to drive acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver personalized service to our high-net-worth clients. This role is instrumental in managing and growing a portfolio of priority banking customers while ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing Priority customers to increase wallet share and revenue.
- Serve as the single point of contact for high net worth clients.
- Deliver top-tier service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer profiles, demographics, and asset distribution to offer personalized financial solutions.
- Manage portfolios to minimize attrition and maintain book stability.
Sales & Acquisition:
- Acquire new Priority Banking customers and meet defined targets for customer count, volume, and revenue.
- Drive product penetration and ensure optimal product mix.
- Lead customer induction for new accounts sourced through Branches or Direct Sales teams.
- Meet cross-sell targets and pursue referrals for large prospective clients.
- Execute aggressive call plans and coordinate cluster-level customer events with product teams.
Sales Reporting (MIS):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales MIS (calls, prospects, business, attritions, etc.).
- Regularly update customer data in WMS.
Customer Experience (NPS):
- Ensure NPS performance is in the second quartile or better compared to peers.
- Use the CMP system to log and track customer interactions, maintaining >75% customer contact monthly.
