Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior accountant for CA Firm.

Role & responsibilities :

An Accountant is responsible for managing and reporting the financial information of the company. This role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing tax filings, and providing insights to support business decisions.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Tax Compliance: Manage and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations..
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and summaries for senior management.
• Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial records and reports.
• Prepare and file GST returns: The accountant is responsible for compiling data related to sales and purchases and ensuring that returns are filed accurately on time.
