We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA Intern to join our team on a part-time basis for a duration of 3 to 6 months. This role is perfect for someone passionate about understanding business workflows, analyzing revenue models, and creating insightful documentation to support strategic decision-making. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our team to conduct deep dives into organizational structures and generate impactful business analysis presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
• Research and gather information about reputed organizations, particularly focusing on their business workflows and revenue models.
• Perform detailed studies of various business models and present insights in an actionable format.
• Workflow Documentation:
• Develop clear and concise business analysis documents summarizing the organizations structure, operations, and key takeaways.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance workflow descriptions.
• Visual Representation:
• Use tools such as Miro to create interactive and visually appealing boards that showcase workflows, revenue streams, and operational strategies.
• Ensure the presentation is professional, easy to understand, and impactful.
• Special Projects:
• Conduct in-depth studies of selected non-profit organizations to understand their revenue sustainability and operational strategies.
• Provide recommendations for improving their workflows based on your analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• A graduate or current student pursuing an MBA (preferred specialization in strategy, operations, or business analysis).
• Skills and Experience:
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to break down complex workflows.
• Experience creating business documentation and presentations.
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Miro, PowerPoint, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail in both written and visual presentations.
• Familiarity with non-profit business models is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in business analysis or market research is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in studying non-profit workflows and understanding their unique challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Work Expectations:

• Commitment:
• Flexible part-time schedule of 38 hours per day (depending on workload).
• Internship duration: 36 months based on performance and availability.
• Deliverables:
• Complete in-depth analyses of selected organizations.
• Craft professional Miro boards and business analysis documents to showcase findings.

3. Submit the Miro board link along with a PDF document summarizing your analysis.

Your submission will be evaluated based on:

• Depth of research.
• Clarity of presentation and documentation.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
