Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visas consulting division, serving Visas clients (including Card Issuers, Acquirers, Sellers and Fintechs) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operations and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. In Asia Pacific (AP), VCA has geographically focused teams and the Hib based Advisory Practices team which provides expertise in specific industry or functional verticals (Strategy, Portfolio optimization, Digital, Risk, Commercial and Money Movement solutions and Seller). The incumbent will be part of VCA India and South Asia s (INSA) Seller advisory team and will be responsible for advising Visas Co-brands, Merchants and Acquiring clients.

The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for an individual to support our consulting practice for the Seller side of our payments business focused on Co-brands Cards and Merchant Acquiring and delivering high impact projects for the relevant clients. The potential candidate will be responsible for supporting VCA client practice strategy, proactively engaging with both internal and external clients in key topics related to our advisory value-added services.

You will be client driven, comfortable work a project end to end and relishing the opportunity to work closely with clients to influence their future performance.

Essential specific skill-set and experience required:

Postgraduate in Management/Science + 5 years from top-tier school or university (IIM/ISB/Other top business schools and engineering colleges/Leading Universities)
