Job Description
- Opportunity to work on industry-leading UPI payment products
- Responsible for the management of end-to-end business reporting for metrics relevant to strategic projects and PL.
- Analyze operational product data funnels. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates processes.
- Drive collaboration across cross-pod stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, growth, compliance business finance to bring new products and features to market
- Develop in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments. Able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders.
- Interface financial institutions like NPCI and regulatory bodies for last mile compliance and product implementation.
- Liaison with PSP partner banks to drive bilateral business partnership alignments and their implementation charters.
- Perform in-depth competitive analysis market research (primary secondary) to put together market views on new payment products.
- Track key metrics and funnels to identify areas of improvement in products
- Execute all operating plans independently.
Ideal candidate should
- Have 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Be agile and highly collaborative and be able to adapt to changing requirements
- Have strong analytical acumen,problem solving and communication skills
- Be highly data-driven. Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL would be preferred
- Possess customer first attitude; be always on toes to lessen pain points of customers
- Strongly focused on execution.
