Job Description
- At least 8 years of AWS Connect Experience.
- Must have experience in working and implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers.
- Must have experience in working and implementing AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace.
- Must have experience in Customize Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrate with 3rd party applications and design Agent workflows Guides
- Experience in building conversational interfaces for applications using voice and text leveraging Lex service.
- Should be capable of writing Cloud formation templates
- Should have experience in working with Azuredevops Git hub. Mandatory Skills AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace , API Gateway, Amazon LEX ,Python , Lambda Integration, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Dynamo DB, Cloud Watch, Cloud Formation Core working hours will be from 1pm IST to 1030pm IST.
