In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing execution of offline and online marketing activities / events, promotions and commercialization, ensure VR brand visibility, footfall management and achieving marketing revenue targets at the centre.
Core Responsibilities
Accountability Supporting Actions
Lease documentation & fit out coordination
• Coordinate with legal team to conclude on the contract clauses and taking a final signoff from the tenant / retailer on the contract.
• Support leasing team in registering lease agreements before store opening.
• Ensure the tenant compliance with the fit-out guidelines and necessary documentation is in place before the tenant starts trading.
• Coordinates tenants move-in and move-outs, and walks-through spaces with the tenants.
• Responsible for the ADSR implementation, coordination with agency, handling escalations etc.
• Ensure Companys design standards are executed as approved. This can relate to marketing event set ups, shop fronts, tenants visual merchandising etc.
• Ensuring weekly fit-out updates are ready
Tenant Performance & Partnerships
• Play an active role in collections from tenants for all outstanding invoices and getting them cleared within stipulated timelines, including collection of Gift Vouchers etc.
• Audit management - Store front audits, brand & Store & safety audits, retailer statutory compliance audits and Fire & Safety Audit.
• Conducting regular meetings with store managers & area managers to understand & discuss their business & other critical operational issues.
• Ensuring the stores are well stocked and updated in relation to competition.
• Coordinating with marketing team and retailers for the low performing brands, designing marketing strategies for them, designing category promotions.
• Act as an effective liaison between tenants and management by communicating proper information and ensuring tenant requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures the services are provided in compliance with the policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
• Maintaining retailer files and history cards, need to update this with tenant issues.
• Arranging tenant awards, retailer satisfaction survey, quarterly trainings for retailers for enhancing sales and standards or other similar initiatives to ensure retail staff is motivated at all times.
MIS, Reporting
• Preparing TD report & sales analysis of operational stores in the centre. Timely preparation of the reports tracking the trading density and benchmarking performance with the external market, TD and OC analysis YOY (retailer category wise);
• Complete database management in terms of retailer contact information.
Self-Development
• Ensure timely updating of the required skills.
• Attending relevant forums / seminar for market updates / intelligence;
Qualifications / Experience Required
3-5 years in retail community centre / shopping centre marketing
MBA or equivalent degree in marketing
