Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Make quick and effective decisions when dealing with customer issues or complaints.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Use sales trend data to predict future demand for products, helping to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement promotions and marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Inventory Management and records maintenance; inventory analysis for informed business decisions
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor and manage cash, store expenses, and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving store performance.
• Maintain MIS and metrices as per the business requirement.
• Lead, develop, and engage staff to achieve business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with retail and cosmetic backgrounds.
