Branch Credit Manager LAP Job Location: Shimoga, Hassan, Haveri, Mandya, Mysore, Coimbatore Salary: Max 8.0 - 9.0 LPA Experience: Min 3-4 years of experience in Credit (Product : Loan against property)

Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze LAP loan applications to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers

Evaluate the borrower s financial strength, including income, debt, assets, and credit history

Analyze the property securing the loan to ensure that it is adequately valued and insurable

Identify and assess potential risk factors associated with the loan, such as the borrower s industry, the property s location, and the current economic climate

Make recommendations for loan approval or denial, and document the basis for all decisions

Work with other departments, such as sales, legal, and operations, to ensure that loans are processed and closed efficiently and accurately

Qualification : Any graduate
