Assistant Manager/ Manager- Marketing

We at VIS group are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager/ Assistant Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to achieve business goals.
• Manage social media presence, and engage with online communities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
