Senior Business Analyst (Contract)

We're hiring for the Senior Business Analyst (Contract Position)

Work Mode: Hybrid model 3-day work from the office.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to perform in-depth system and process

analysis, documentation of existing systems and their respective processes, diagramming

high-level functionality and integration points, data flows, and providing options for system

consolidation and process re-engineering. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's

responsible for the full product development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Key Skills: Product Development Tracking, Requirement Analysis, Flow charts or

visual diagrams to explain the requirements, Excellent oral and business

communication in English, Drafting Functional Specifications Documents and

stakeholder management

to a layperson.

You are The Kind of Person Who Will

• Participated in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and workflow

analysis, and facilitated discussions with users.

• Has good knowledge of JIRA and maintaining the JIRA board

• Organize and drive PI planning sessions

• Translates business requirements into detailed functional designs for development,

testing, and implementation.

• Documenting client discussions, analysis findings, and the recommended solution

clearly and concisely.

• Work with various business and technology stakeholders to innovatively discuss and

come up with solutions to business problems.

• Prepare/Review Wireframes / Mock-ups and demonstrate to Customers for sign-off.

• Documenting User Manuals and conducting Key User Training.

• Activities Reporting and Status updates to Reporting Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have 4-8 years of experience in prior Business Analyst roles at reputed

organizations

• Understanding complex business requirements/challenges/problems and converting

them into implementable technical solutions in a modern web-based application

development environment.

• Extremely good articulation skills, and written and oral communication skills.

• Extremely good documentation skills.

• Must possess the drive to make things better and have good interpersonal skills.

• Excellent visualization skills and know how to present data and results to bring out

clarity.

• Keen eye for customer delight, and being an advocate for the end customer bringing

in a strong business perspective in his or her interactions with all teams.

• B.E / B. Tech / MCA is preferred.
