Python Developer - Flask/Django (4-5 yrs)

Additionally, we develop plugins, extensions, and apps to enhance online retailers' functionalities and integrate with other software systems.

Role Description :

This is a full-time Contract base remote role for a Python Developer at Virtina.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure the quality of the code.

- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs, and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current and competitive.

Technical Skills :

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Python and its libraries

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus

- Experience with web frameworks such as Flask or Django.

- Knowledge of database systems (e.g, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Github).

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
