Job Summary

As an International Business Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the hospitals global market presence, and building long-lasting relationships with international clients and partners. You will be key in driving the hospitals growth by acquiring new business, managing key accounts, and developing international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Strategy

Identify new international markets and develop tailored sales strategies for each region.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition

Identify and approach international clients, including healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and medical facilitators.

Establish a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.

3. Sales Execution

Promote hospital services, such as medical treatments, health check-ups, wellness packages, and specialty care.

Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with international patients, corporate clients, medical tourism agencies, and other partners.

5. Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with hospital teams, including clinical, operational, and administrative departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials for global markets.
