Role & responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
• Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for residential projects.
• Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Lead Management: Ensure that leads are captured, followed up, and converted into sales efficiently.
• Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls.
• Reach out new customers and explain them projects.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and managing the sales process smoothly.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and site visits for potential buyers, showcasing the projects features and benefits.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Documentation: Oversee the preparation and completion of all necessary sales documentation, including agreements and contracts.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis and sales trends.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
