- Are you a seasoned finance leader ready to take on the challenge of steering a dynamic manufacturing business toward its IPO journey? Virgo Group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance and accounts vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Head the Finance & Accounts vertical, including reporting, general accounting, FP&A, banking, taxation, compliance, and MIS/reporting.

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on IPO readiness and execution.

- Serve as a key strategic advisor to the executive team and board, driving financial planning and sustainable organizational growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Rolling Forecast.

- Provide strategic guidance through financial insights, variance analysis, and benchmarking.

- Drive business partnering, collaborating across departments to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and internal controls.

- Lead audits and maintain robust risk management practices.

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and their impact on financial operations.

Operational Excellence:

- Drive working capital optimization, inventory audits, and cost efficiency initiatives.

- Manage cross-functional processes to meet cash flow, liquidity, and collection targets.

- Leverage technology for process automation and reporting improvements.

IPO Preparation:

- Lead and manage all IPO-related activities, including financial reporting, due diligence, and regulatory filings.

- Partner with external advisors and stakeholders to navigate the IPO process successfully.

Team Leadership:

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Enhance organizational capability through strategic hiring and talent development.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: CA/CFA/CPA/MBA in Finance or Accounting.

- Experience: 10+ years in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing setup.

- IPO listing experience is mandatory.

- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.

- Leadership experience in managing audits, taxation, and complex setups involving multiple SKUs and manufacturing units.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in financial software, modelling, and data analytics.

- Knowledge of export finance is a plus.
