Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - LEADERSHIP
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs depending on availability of budgets.
Hire Capable recruiters and lead the recruitment team for filling open positions.
Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.
Guiding local HR teams in various countries.
Performance Management and Employee feedback
Design and implement performance evaluation processes.
Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting appraisals.
Identify underperforming talent and implement improvement strategies.
Making sure employees feel heard and appreciated.
Reflecting employee feedback to management after careful analysis.
Career Development & Succession Planning for existing employees
Create career development plans for employees, aligning with organizational goals.
Conduct skills gap analyses and provide opportunities for training and upskilling.
Develop succession plans for critical positions.
Corporate PR and Digital Media Management
Ability to converse and manage various digital channels
Ability to issue press releases.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate contracts, endorsements, sponsorships, or employment agreements.
Ensure talent receives fair compensation and favourable terms.
Manage renewals, amendments, and termination of contracts.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
5 years HR experience
3 years management experience
Experience in Corporate PR.
Candidate will be based in Dubai, New Delhi or at one of our 13 global offices.
Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excel skills are considered vital.
Ability to work independently, manage time under minimal supervision to accomplish expected work tasks.
Must be willing to stay out of India for prolonged periods as per management and business requirement.
