Master CAM 5th Axis Programmer

• Expertise in using CAD & Programming software, such as Master CAM (Continual 5th axis), Solid works and Auto CAD.
• Expertise in Simultaneous and Continual 5th Axis Programming in Master CAM and HAAS Machine (Post Processor) methodology is most Preferable.
• Expertise in Milling, Turning, Turn mill, Mill Turn, Continual 5th Axis tool-path creation in Master CAM Software & Machining Methodology.
• Expertise in Cutting Tools Selection over the different type of materials and usage of cutting tools with effective machining.
• Evaluate engineering drawings and designs to see that the products meet engineering principles, customer requirements.
• Having knowledge about the Programming related Documents such as Verification and validation of NC Program files.
• Having knowledge about the Machines (VMC, Turning and 5th Axis Machines)
• Having Strong knowledge in Part developing concepts and methodology to prove out the First article Parts.
