Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Payments
- Proven experience overseeing business at global level
- Strong background in project delivery, revenue generation, and scaling financial services products across multiple geographies.
- We are looking for Product Lead - Card Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, the individual will be responsible to create this opportunity from scratch including market opportunity, product strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a business plan and create .
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for card management products, aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop business cases and prioritize features to optimize product value.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Business Development, Tech and Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies related to card services
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of card products, from concept to sunset, ensuring profitability and compliance.
Commercial ownerships:
- Drive the funnel for lending programs across multiple countries, scaling existing partnerships and introducing new products to the market.
- Negotiate agreements with high-level stakeholders at the group level, fostering long-term value creation for both parties
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure all programs across countries adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
Capabilities:
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage relationships at both local and group CxO levels.
- Strong strategic mindset, with demonstrated success in managing multi-country portfolios, business development, and scaling operations.
- Data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills, and financial acumen.
- Proven track record of delivering successful card products (e.g., credit, debit, prepaid).
