Assistant Vice President - Marketing Analytics/Segmentation - Financial Services (7-11 yrs)

AVP- Marketing Analytics

Responsibilities:

- This role will be accountable for the driving the customer acquisition, engagement and retention across the credit life cycle as well as jointly own the monthly KPIs as per the annual operating plan (new opt-ins, new loan customers, active loan base, credit usage, repeat customers, customer retention).

- Knowledge of marketing propensity, risk and churn scorecards in telco/banking context

- Experience in running digital marketing initiatives (SMS, whatsapp, google/face book etc)

- Experience in leading analytics driven marketing team

- Good analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving ; Hands on experience in data extraction using SQL, Python and Pyspark SQL (Big Data Hadoop/Spark Stack)

- Passion for using data and algorithm to drive marketing decisions; Previous exposure to ML algorithms (preferably multiple)

- Strong entrepreneurial drive

- Premier educational background strongly preferred (technical, engineering discipline)
