Urgent Opening For Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Review and record invoices from vendors in SAP to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Sending request for PO / Non-PO based Invoice payments after proper posting and accruals.
• Ensure proper documentation and following SOP's related to Accounts payables process.
• Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner.
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses.

Required experience, skills and knowledge:

• Initiative driven individual with strong understanding of accounting theory and willing to take up responsibilities.
• 2 plus years of hands-on Accounting/ Reconciliation experience with a systems focus.
• Candidates with prior experience in an outsourcing / Shared Services environment, on Client or vendor side will be preferred
• Good control over SAP and extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and tasks, detail oriented and organized in work; ability to meet assigned deadlines;
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.

Required Education and other Qualifications:

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting;
• Proficient with computers and applications; Microsoft Office, database system.

Note- The position will be on third party payroll with 1 year contract.
