Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office events or activities
Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, coordinating communication and ensuring smooth information flow within the office
Documentation and Records: Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility as needed
Support to Staff: Provide assistance and support to staff members with administrative needs, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical support
Visitor Management: Greet visitors, manage appointments, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for guests
Assisting Management: Assist senior management or executives with administrative tasks, reports, or special projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination
Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email, etc) and basic office equipment
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations
