With a commitment to excellence and a focus on meeting the demands of the automotive industry, we strive to deliver superior products and services to our clients nationwide.Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Toolmaker to design, fabricate, maintain, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for sheet metal auto components.Key Responsibilities:
Design and build precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Interpret blueprints and CAD models.
Operate and maintain machine tools (lathes, power press machines, grinders).
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs.
Perform quality checks on tools and components.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Maintain accurate records of tools and modifications.
Adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of toolmaking experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and CAD models.
Knowledge of machining operations and tooling techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
