Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation - Incubation Manager (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Management: Develop and execute the overall strategy and vision for the incubator, aligning it with the institution's goals.

2. Startup Selection and Support: Identify promising startups for incubation and provide comprehensive support, including business guidance, market analysis, and fundraising assistance.

3. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, investors, and government agencies.

4. Funding and Investor Relations: Identify funding opportunities for startups and build relationships with angel investors and venture capitalists.

5. Program Management: Organize workshops, hackathons, and networking events to foster a vibrant entrepreneurial community.

6. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the incubator, managing resources and budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in Design, Business Administration, Health, Technology, or related disciplines.

- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the industry, startups, or related institutions.

- Skills: Strong leadership, networking, and execution skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent verbal and written communication.
