Center Manager Skill Development

Job Summary:

Vinayaka Fundamental Research and Education Society is looking for a Center Manager Skill Development who is responsible for maintaining center at full capacity and managing centre operations, and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. He/She leads the development of centre initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of centre programmes and services. He/She also drives the development of procedures, standards, and risk management frameworks to ensure quality teaching, curriculum development and student well-being. He/She also oversees staff professional development, student enrolment and manpower requirements for the centre.

He/She is a highly experienced individual who possesses strong leadership skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. He/She works in varied settings such as early intervention teaching centres, student care centres, special education schools, and other voluntary welfare organisations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilization and admission of candidate at center on monthly basis
• Batch creation and hand over to core skill trainer with all the documents and photo of same shared on whatsapp as well as over mail to H.O
• To maintain over all discipline and training quality
• To arrange recruitment for trainer, required to run centre at full capacity
• To efficiently maintain the centre at full capacity.
• To plan for mobilization at centre level by preparing proper mobilization campaign and rojgar mela schedule.
• To do atleast 4 rojgar mela at every month.
• Need to properly distribute the certificates every months.
• CM should take initiative of proper placement management.
• To maintain centre footfall report.
• To maintain mobilization data of Trainer, variables and mobilization.
• To maintain Trainers discipline and leave control.
• Register to be maintain ( footfall register, In-out register, Log book, leave register)

Qualifications & Education:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in social welfare and business management.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in management and operations.

Experience:

Preferred to have experience in the skill development sector.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in stock handling
